Broco is a non-asset based company. We offer a logistics service without the financial and capacity restraints of an own fleet. We are not restricted by huge capital requirements of vehicles, handling equipment and warehousing and we offer clients cost-effective logistics solutions by simply outsourcing their needs to reliable, dedicated and cost-efficient subcontractors.
 

Defining Logistics Management

Logistics management is that part of the supply chain which plans, implements and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods between the point of origin and the point of consumption. Effective logistics management ultimately adds place and time utility to goods by bridging or connecting the point of origin with the point of consumption.  Our aim is to sell the management and organisational skills necessary to ensure the ongoing day to day long haul or primary distribution of various consumer products to all the major towns and cities in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana. We have the experience, capacity and systems to manage and coordinate high load volumes day after day.

As such Broco does not only offer logistics management solutions to its clients, but also in itself becomes a client to its loyal and dedicated subcontractors. We form the operational hub for the day to day logistical needs of our clients.

We earn our right to existence and place in the middle between clients and subcontractors by offering a value added logistics service to clients and by freeing our subcontractors of the financial and operational burden of marketing, client liaison, debtor management and the day to day operational processes of scheduling vehicles and coordinating collections and deliveries.

We act as bridge builder between clients and subcontractors and have - by placing a very high value on trust in our abilities by our clients and subcontractors alike - succeeded in becoming a successful logistics management company.
